Acts in action 2022 Columbus Mission trip

Matthew 28:18-20 "Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
On July 20th 2022, a team of nineteen people led by Life With Christ Ministries and White Stone Ministries began an eight day mission trip to Columbus Ohio. After completing the three hour drive to Columbus the team arrived at Agora Ministries in downtown Columbus where they would stay for the entirety of their trip. . During their time in Columbus they worked on a variety projects to help fix and clean the Agora Ministry center. This included patching areas of the roof, installing sky lights for in the daycare center classrooms, cleaning a number of rooms in the ministry center, and replacing numerous ceiling tiles that had been damaged. |

In addition to the physical service that was done at Agora, they also were blessed to be able to serve by leading the church service in both worship and message. The team held a worship and prayer night for a local small group and also conducted a prayer walk in the city of Columbus as well. The team was also blessed to be able to visit Youth For Christ and learning about their efforts to rescue and minister to women who have been victims of human trafficking. During their visit to Youth For Christ they were able to tour the Grace Haven facility which houses women rescued from human trafficking. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about this need.
