About acts in action
Ephesians 1:1, NLT
This letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus. I am writing to God’s holy people in Ephesus, who are faithful followers of Christ Jesus. The Father has shown us that the heart of Acts In Action is to follow in the example of the apostle Paul. Paul did not govern a church, he did not lead one or serve in a position of authority over a church but instead he humbly served them and worked to help each of them to grow closer to Jesus. He was not afraid to speak boldly and speak the truth in order to correct them and help them understand the heart of the Father. He did not do this for every church, he did not do this only for local churches or for churches that were far away. He did this for the churches that God connected him with.
We have committed our lives for the cause of Christ: 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, NIV Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. Acts in Action is a part of Life With Christ Ministries.
